This app runs The Dream Survivor League, a private, invite only NFL survivor pool. By creating an account or making picks, you're agreeing to these terms. If something here doesn't match how the league actually runs, the Rules page and the league admin's word take precedence, since this is a small group of friends, not a commercial product.
Who can join
This league is invite only. You need a valid invite link from the league admin to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. One account per person, one entry per account fee, and the information you provide (name, email) should be accurate.
Entry fees and money
Entry fees, buy backs, and prizes are set by the league admin and described on the Rules page. All payments happen directly between participants and the league admin, outside this app (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay). The app itself never processes, stores, or moves any money, it only lets the league admin mark an entry's payment status as confirmed or not. Disputes about payment are between you and the league admin, not this app.
Not a gambling platform
This app is a picks tracking and standings tool for a private pool among people who already know each other. It doesn't operate, facilitate, or take a cut of any wagering, and it isn't a licensed or regulated gambling service. You're responsible for knowing whether participating in a survivor pool like this is legal where you live, and for following those laws yourself.
Picks and league admin decisions
Picks lock at the deadline shown for each week, missed or late picks are handled per the Rules page. Game results are pulled from a public NFL data source and may occasionally be delayed or need manual correction. The league admin has final say on rule interpretation, disputes, correcting results, and removing an entry (for example, for non-payment or abuse of the app).
Acceptable use
Don't try to access another participant's account, manipulate picks or standings outside the normal app flow, or use the app for anything other than playing in this league.
No warranty
This app is run informally, for fun, by a fellow participant, not a company. It's provided "as is," with no guarantee it'll be available, error free, or bug free. To the extent allowed by law, the league admin isn't liable for lost winnings, missed picks, or other damages arising from using (or not being able to use) the app.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Since this is a small, private league, meaningful changes will also just be mentioned directly to participants.
